Caregivers 7 Days On / 7 Days Off Consistent Schedule Real Impact (FT/PT)
Location: Hammond LA
Job Type:Part-Time
Pay: $10.50 per hour
Additional Pay on Saturdays and Sundays
Looking for a consistent schedule that fits your life and lets you make a difference Join OPTIONS as a Direct Service Worker (DSW) and help support individuals with disabilities in living more independent fulfilling lives all while working a predictable 7-on / 7-off (SundaySaturday) rotation.

What Youll Do:
Companion care: Assist with daily living tasks such as meal prep personal care housekeeping and transportation
Promote connection: Support socialization and community outings
Celebrate individuality: Respect personal preferences and foster a sense of belonging
Work as a team: Collaborate with DSWs supervisors and families to ensure compassionate quality care
Your Schedule:
Work 7 days then enjoy 7 days off Sunday through Saturday rotation
Available for both Full-Time and Part-Time

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a clear driving record
- Must be a licensed driver (Required)
- Must have transportation to and for work (Required)
- Must have a clear criminal background
- Must pass a drug screen.
