Job Summary

Our client is a rapid growing Building Information Modeling (BIM) services and solutions provider based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate with architects structural engineers building services engineers quantity surveyors and BIM modelers for the production of building information models
Successful applicants may be required to work on 4D Scheduling and 5D Estimating BIM Technology

Requirements:

Degree holder in construction related disciplines
Familiar with construction concepts practices and procedure
Must show strength in knowledge/implementation of BIM processes
Site construction and planning experience is preferred
Working experience on 4D and 5D BIM is preferred but not essential
Good command of written and spoken English preferably with Chinese and Cantonese
