Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham this role you will assist in the planning coordination and execution of a wide range of corporate and promotional events.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event operations
Assist in scheduling logistics and vendor coordination
Maintain event timelines and ensure all preparations are completed on schedule
Monitor event setup and operations to ensure quality standards are met
Communicate effectively with team members and partners throughout event processes
Prepare event reports and assist with post-event evaluations
