We are seeking a reliable detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team. This role supports Sales Managers and Account Executives across TV and digital sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of traffic policies and ensure compliance.
- Update programming information including schedules grids and rate changes.
- Work with vendor research teams to create sales programs and research
materials.
- Assist with order entry and traffic for Spot TV and digital.
- Support accounting tasks across systems and tools.
- Prepare forms reports and co-op scripts (including notarized documents).
- Maintain weekly inventory reports.
- Organize and maintain files and business documentation.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least one year of experience in an admin or support role (sales/media a plus).
- Proficient with office technology (computers phones copiers scanners).
