Job Summary
Synergy Care is looking for a qualified licensed therapist for a PRN Occupational Therapist position at an Independent/Assisted Living/Memory Care facility in Peoria IL. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.
In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapist or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapist (NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist.
