We are seeking a dedicated Hand Therapist to join a growing team in Longmont Colorado. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with hand and upper extremity conditions
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility strength and function
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with practice standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
- Certification or experience in hand therapy preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
