Job Description
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic team in Porto. In this role you will provide support to customers handle inquiries and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone email or chat

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Follow internal procedures and service standards
Requirements

Fluent French
-
English B2 level
-
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service preferably in the travel industry

High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent) is mandatory

Excellent communication skills

Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
Working Hours
Monday Friday
08:00 17:00
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Salary
1000 gross salary (paid over 14 months)
