Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to support automated welding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating monitoring and maintaining robotic welding systems to produce high-quality welded components in accordance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor robotic welding cells to ensure consistent high-quality welds

Load and unload parts into fixtures and ensure proper alignment before welding

Perform visual inspections of completed welds for defects and conformance to specifications
-
Conduct basic quality checks using gauges measuring tools and weld inspection criteria

Adjust machine parameters as needed within established guidelines
-
Perform minor troubleshooting and basic maintenance on robotic welding equipment

Communicate equipment issues to maintenance or engineering teams

Maintain production documentation and report output accurately

Follow all safety procedures including proper PPE usage and equipment safeguards

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Required

Ability to read blueprints weld symbols and work instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods
