Your role:
Reporting into the VP of HR the Director Total Rewards & Global Benefits leads the strategy governance and execution of Global Relays global compensation and benefits programs. The role ensures our total rewards framework is competitive equitable financially disciplined and aligned with the companys growth.
As Global Relay continues to scale globally/internationally this role will guide the evolution of our rewards philosophy job architecture and compensation structures to match the organizations expanding footprint.
In this position you will partner closely with Finance Revenue Operations Sales Operations Legal and executive leadership to design scalable performance-driven reward programs across multiple geographies. You will provide strategic oversight to compensation governance executive rewards and global benefits while ensuring market competitiveness regulatory compliance and operational rigor.

Compensation:
Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise skills education and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual base salary which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy culture and values.
