We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Supply Chain Excellence this role you will drive complex cross-functional initiatives that enhance our supply chain operations and deliver measurable impact for our customers and business partners. You will work at the intersection of operations finance and technology to optimize fulfillment solutions and improve network efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to shape strategic programs that balance cost optimization with customer experience while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end program management for strategic supply chain initiatives from concept through implementation and optimization
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across operations technology finance and business teams to define program requirements and deliver solutions
* Develop and maintain program roadmaps timelines and success metrics while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Identify and mitigate risks resolve blockers and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs
* Create clear communication materials and present program updates to stakeholders at various levels
* Use data and analytics to inform decision-making measure program performance and drive continuous improvement
* Build scalable processes and mechanisms that can be applied across different regions and business units

- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 5 YOE owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 5 YOE with end to end product delivery
- 5 YOE with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- 5 YOE owning technology products
- 5 YOE as a product manager or owner
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of SQL or Python
