Automotive Finance Manager

Southaven Kia is hiring an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at our brand-new state-of-the-art dealership. This is a great opportunity to be part of a modern technology-driven store with a fully digital finance and contracting environment designed to create a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and staff.
We are looking for a finance professional who can deliver a strong customer experience while maximizing lender approvals and F&I product performance.
Responsibilities
Secure vehicle financing through our network of lenders
Present finance options loan terms and protection products to customers
Offer and sell F&I products such as service contracts GAP and maintenance plans
Structure deals and work with lenders to obtain approvals
Complete finance paperwork and ensure all deals meet compliance standards
Utilize digital deal structuring and electronic contracting tools
Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications
Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required
Strong knowledge of automotive lending and deal structure
Proven success with F&I product sales
Ability to work with multiple lenders and finance sources
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
