You will conduct routine patrols stay visible and communicate clearly with team members drivers and visitors while documenting observations. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access at entry and exit points by checking identification issuing temporary badges maintaining visitor and driver logs and directing employees contractors and delivery personnel to approved areas.
• Screen inbound and outbound traffic including trucks and shipments by verifying appointments paperwork and load information as required by site procedures and reporting irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of docks warehouse areas parking lots and the perimeter and complete detailed reports of observations and security-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
