Job Summary
Liquid Personnel is recruiting anOccupational Therapist (Mental Health)for a6-month contract supporting proactive reviews and assessments across the Suffolk Mental Health Locality.
Working Across Multiple Sites:
- West:West Suffolk House Bury St Edmunds
- Ipswich:Endeavour House Ipswich
- North:Riverside Lowestoft
This is a locality-wide role offering variety autonomy and the opportunity to support system-wide improvements.
What will your responsibilities be
Youll play a key role in strengthening front-line OT delivery across the directorate with a strong focus on efficiency safety and value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe timely OT assessments and reviews
- Supporting triage & reducing duplication between health and social care
- Helping reduce OT waiting lists
- Reviewing care packages to ensure best value and appropriate equipment use
- Reviewing double-handed & waking night packages
- Supporting external providers with safe moving & handling
- Providing mutual aid across OT teams when required
This is an ideal role for a confident organised OT who thrives in busy outcome-focused environments.

Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC-Registered Occupational Therapist
- Mental Health experience
- Strong review & assessment background
- Confident working across multiple sites
- Excellent partnership & triage skills
