Senior Occupational Therapist – Council Housing Service

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experiencedSenior Occupational Therapistto join itsCouncil Housing Service supporting residents to livesafely and independentlythrough timely highquality occupational therapy interventions.

This is a senior role with responsibility for managing complex housingrelated OT assessments contributing to service improvement and providing professional supervision to junior OTs and staff.

What will your responsibilities be

• Manage and deliver complex housingrelated OT assessments and recommendations
• Support residents to maintain independence and safety within their homes
• Work in close partnership withhousing health and social carecolleagues
• Provide professional supervision guidance and support to junior OTs and staff
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain professional accountability through regular clinical supervision
• Ensure all practice complies with HCPC standards and Council policies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration
• Significant postqualification experience
• Experience supervising and supporting staff
• Strong knowledge of housingrelated OT practice and complex case management
