Job Summary

This purpose of this position is to help cultivate passionate Christ-followers by providing excellent administrative support to the Care Pastor and Life Group Team as they lead and oversee the various adult ministry opportunities at Rocky Peak. Serving as a key support role within Care and Adult Ministries (including ReGen Flourish Essentials 33 and other discipleship environments) this person manages communication coordinates special events and provides primary administrative support to the Care Pastor. By handling these essential operational responsibilities this role frees the Life Group team and ministry staff to focus on shepherding leadership and discipleship ultimately contributing to the overall health and mission of Rocky Peak.
