As a Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist at Price Edwards & Company you will leverage your proficiency in accounting software particularly YARDI Systems to manage financial transactions efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include compiling and sorting documents coding invoices for payment and ensuring timely and accurate bill payments. Youll collaborate closely with property management and accounting staff to streamline workflow while handling vendor communications concerning outstanding invoices.

The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a team-oriented environment. Additionally youll be involved in various accounting and finance projects as directed by supervisors and are expected to complete all required Safety Training. Other duties may be assigned as needed providing a dynamic work experience that contributes to your professional growth.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist at Price Edwards & Company you must possess strong proficiency in Excel to handle financial data efficiently. Familiarity with YARDI Systems is highly preferred as this software will be integral to your daily tasks.
