Your role:
Reporting into the VP of HR the Director HR Processes & Reporting leads the governance optimization and continuous improvement of HR systems operational processes and workforce reporting capabilities. This role ensures that HR infrastructure is scalable automated compliant audit-ready and supported by strong data governance frameworks.
As Global Relay continues to grow and scale globally this role will ensure our HR infrastructure evolves in step with the business.
In this position you will partner closely with Enterprise Systems (ES) IT Finance Legal Internal Audit and HR leadership to drive process excellence regulatory compliance and data-driven workforce insights across the organization. You will bring strategic oversight to HR operations while strengthening controls improving reporting and providing leadership with reliable actionable data.
This is a high-impact leadership role with broad ownership and meaningful enterprise visibility. Compensation:
Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbias pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise skills education and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual base salary which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy culture and values. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support employees work-life rhythms. We provide a comprehensive extended health benefits program including virtual healthcare and a wellness allowance. Employees also receive annual allotted vacation days which increase based on tenure.
