About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with an established record of advertising sales leadership and revenue generation in the Singapore market as well as a deep interest and passion for online media and this role you will manage our sales efforts across multiple sales verticals forSingapore. We want someone who loves our product knows the market clients and media agenciescan buildcreative long-term consultative solutions and lead motivate and grow a sales team. You should be confident without being arrogant and hardworking while still knowing how to have fun.

What Youll Do
- In collaboration with the Regions Head of Sales and peers you will help define the sales strategy and drive execution across a variety of brand verticals and agencies in Singapore.
- Collaborate with ourregional customer success management team& regional campaign management teams in charge of the market to generate demand & convert sales revenue
- Leverage your existing relationships in the top 4 Agency HoldingCompanys(WPP MediaOMCPublicis Assembly Global and Dentsu) by building sustaining and growing a dedicated book of business together with the market teams. At the same time proactivelyidentifyand seek out new client and industry relationships tooptimizerevenue
- RepresentInMobiGroup in the advertising community by seeking out andparticipatingat industry events
- Manage pipeline revenue forecasts sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
- Maintainhigh levelsof communication and transparency with management cross-functional teams and business partners
- Hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations
- Work with agency heads and their respective planning & implementation teams to includeinMobisolutions in their digital media campaigns forSingapore
Who You Are
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of digital advertising sales experience in the Singapore market
- Candidates shouldpossessa valid WorkauthorisationforSingapore
- Experience in crafting vertical narratives and engaging clients and agencies in long range strategic partnerships.
- Strong relationships with agencies(especially withWPP Media Publicis &Assembly Global) decision makers in theSingaporemarket.
- Strong knowledge of how advertisers plan buy and measure advertising campaigns inSingaporeboth programmatic and InsertionIO(brandand performancebusiness)
- Highly customer oriented with proven ability to build internal and external relationships
- Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines
- Analytical with proven ability to think strategically and creatively
- Enjoys working in a team and is always ready to contribute fresh ideas
- Strong presentation communication problemsolvingand negotiation skills
- Passionate about the future of Audio within the advertising media mix
- Self-starter and results oriented
- Good external speaking and media interaction experience
