Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Field Modification Operator in Kirovohrad were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

Youll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of field modifications contributing to the efficiency and safety of our operations. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Field Modification Coordinators PI Customer Site Managers) ensure proper use of tools and resources and adhere to Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards and much more.

Youll specifically take care of implementing field modifications according to provided instructions including tests if required but also ensure accurate reporting and database updates.

Well look to you for:

  • Implementing field modifications as per instructions including performing necessary tests

  • Ensuring the use of valid/calibrated tools

  • Populating and maintaining relevant modification follow-up databases

  • Reporting relevant information to the Field Modification Coordinator-Leader and PI Customer Site Manager

  • Facilitating effective communication within the field modification team (e.g. shift handovers)

  • Performing quality self-inspections

  • Adhering to EHS rules and work-related processes

  • Ensuring risk assessments and safe systems of work are available

  • Reporting any deviations or non-conformities related to field modifications

  • Ensuring all necessary parts tools and documents are available before starting modifications
