True Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated Sports Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals perform at their highest level. Our clinicians work in state-of-the-art facilities designed for high-performance rehabilitation and sports training with premium equipment turf space and an environment built specifically for working with athletes.

Responsibilities
Provide high-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy care through 1:1 treatment sessions
Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Design and implement return-to-sport and performance-based rehabilitation programs
Collaborate with strength coaches athletic trainers physicians and other members of the care team
Educate patients and families on injury prevention and long-term performance strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in team collaboration mentorship and clinical education opportunities
Contribute to maintaining a positive high-performance clinic culture
Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice
Strong interest in sports physical therapy and performance training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to be part of a high-performing clinical team
