Posting Summary
The Department of Anthropology School of Arts and Sciences is seeking a part-time instructor for the Spring 2026 semester to teach to teach a 200-level course: Anthropology of the Middle East. The successful candidate will cover the full range of duties associated with teaching including but not limited to preparing course material; creating and posting a course syllabus; presenting material during the assigned course times; holding office hours and providing appropriate out-of-class time for students; responding to student e-mails; conducting and grading assessments of students through assignments exams and other means in a timely manner; and submitting final grades. Course appointments may require instruction during the day in the evenings on weekends off-campus online hybrid remotely or any combination of these based on the academic needs of the department based on the academic needs of the department/unit. Teaching Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 2:003:30 PM (time is fixed)
