Location: Evansville IN Hybrid

This role is a crucial part of the Investor Services team focusing on supporting clients with alternative investments like hedge funds and private equity. The Senior Investor Services Associate acts as a primary contact for investors and fund managers responsible for accurate processing of transactions responding to inquiries and ensuring compliance with regulations like Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

What You Will Get To Do:

• Acting as the main contact for investors and fund managers via email and phone.

• Process investor subscriptions redemptions transfers and assignments according to fund documents and AML/KYC requirements.

• Communicate transaction updates to fund management.

• Prepare and verify investor statements against fund accounting data.

• Handles distribution of investor statements and related documents based on instructions.

• Prepares wire transfer instructions using various online banking platforms.

• Confirms cash activity was processed and communicated to accounting/management.

• Ensures compliance with department procedures and participating in process improvements.

• Fosters a team-oriented environment by training new staff and offering constructive feedback.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field.

• Typically 1-4 years of experience in Hedge/Private Equity Fund administration Investor Services or related fields in financial services.

• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel (including advanced functions).

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
