Job Summary
Technology Resilience Assurance Coordinator to oversee and execute resilience testing and assurance activities for critical business systems. The role ensures operational continuity compliance with regulatory standards and the robustness of technology environments. The role holder will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders lead resilience initiatives and execute rigorous validation frameworks to strengthen organizational technology posture. This is an exciting role for Technology Resilience Assurance Coordinator to oversee and execute resilience testing and assurance activities for critical business systems. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
The Role:
- Champion the resilience testing and assurance strategy across the organization
- Support plan and coordinate resilience tests including:
- Recovery strategy validation
- Application and dependency testing
- Regulatory required exercises
- EvaluatesystemsmeetRecoveryTimeObjectives(RTOs)andRecoveryPointObjectives(RPOs).
- Conduct control effectiveness reviews identify gaps and recommend remediation actions to strengthen compliance with technology risk standards.
- Maintain up-to-date reporting and resilience metrics / KPIs
- Support crisis management events as required coordinating across technology business and governance functions.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement with a risk-aware mindset.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication both technical and non-technical across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong test planning and execution capabilities.
- Risk identification assessment and mitigation expertise.
