Senior Account Executive / Director Commercial
Salary: Circa 75000
Location: Buckinghamshire
We are seeking an experienced commercial insurance professional to drive new business growth while managing and developing an established client portfolio.
This is a strategic client-facing role combining business development relationship management and market expertise. You will act as a trusted advisor delivering tailored insurance solutions leading renewals and identifying opportunities to add value and secure long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and win new commercial insurance business.
- Manage and retain a portfolio of clients through consultative service.
- Lead renewal negotiations and secure competitive market terms.
- Maintain strong insurer relationships and market insight.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA and regulatory requirements.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Proven commercial insurance Account Executive experience.
- Strong track record in new business generation.
- Solid knowledge of insurance markets and underwriting.
- Experience managing client portfolios and renewals.
- CII / ACII qualified (or working towards).
- CRM and insurance system proficiency (Acturis desirable).
