Role: Administration Assistant
Location: Northampton
Hours: Office based Monday Friday 9am 5pm
Salary:30000.00
The Role
I am looking for a proactive and adaptable administration assistant to join an independent firm of chartered accountants based in Northampton. The role involves assisting the office manager and book-keeping manager with day-to-day administration tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
Duties include:
- Maintaining our CRM systems (Xero Practice Manager and Iris)
- Answering the phone
- Greeting clients that visit the offices
- Scanning distribute and shred the daily post (we maintain a paperless office)
- Handle out going post
- Support the wider team with any ad hoc duties and chasing clients for information
- Assisting with client billing
- Assistance with internal reporting
What Were Looking For
- Comfortable with multitasking
- Ability to manage own workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills face to face telephone and via email
- Organised & efficient
- Adaptable to work in different manners and with different software
