Rate of Pay: 13.84 - 17.67 per hour
Summary:
Provide tailored learning and engagement support to pupils with medical needs who are unable to attend mainstream school. Work across classroom settings and home environments supporting students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group learning support
- Assist pupils both on-site and in home settings
- Support classroom activities and pupil engagement
- Adapt to individual learning needs and circumstances
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and wider team
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Essential Requirements:
- Experience supporting pupils (KS2/KS3/KS4 preferred)
- Flexible approach to working hours and locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- Commitment to supporting children with additional/medical needs
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS
