What will you do
A day in the life of an Employee Relations Managerat VF looks a little like this.
The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for employee relations services across the various VF functions mainly focused on a VF Brand/Headquarters. You will be responsible for leading ER functions as a trusted expert on matters including internal allegations leadership coaching claims and investigations geared towards root cause identification sensitive and confidential matters as well as performance management offboarding training and development leave management and compliance with state and federal requirements. Additionally the Employee Relations Manager will provide supervisory responsibilities to other members of the broader Employee Relations team.

Hiring Range:
$80800.00 USD - $101000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
