Position Overview

FSA Insurance Agency is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Troy Michigan. This role will be responsible for lead generation via developing engaging and informative content across our social media platforms to strengthen our brand presence educate our audience about insurance solutions and support our marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is creative organized and passionate about digital storytelling social media trends and building meaningful connections with audiences online.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content including graphics short-form videos captions and posts for platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Generate high volume lead flow for FSA Insurance Agency through developing engaging and informative content.
• Plan and manage a consistent social media content calendar aligned with company marketing initiatives.
• Develop educational and promotional content related to insurance products and services.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging content.
• Write compelling captions headlines and calls to action that drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to support campaigns announcements and promotions.
• Analyze engagement and performance metrics to improve future content strategies.
• Maintain brand voice and ensure all content aligns with company messaging and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in social media content creation marketing or digital communications.
• Strong writing editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating visual content graphics and short-form video.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
