Our DELL Business Unit is expanding fast and we are looking for talented technical professionals ready to play a key role in enabling partners and driving DELL adoption in B2B market.

Your Role

As a Presales Specialist DELL you will act as a trusted technical support to our partners helping them design and implement advanced solutions. You will:

• Provide technical expertise on DELLs full portfolio.

• Support the sales team in partner enablement technical presentations and demos.

• Collaborate with Vendor Managers Business Development and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market initiatives.

• Guide partners through solution design architecture and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Stay updated on DELLs roadmap and industry trends bringing insights to strengthen our offering.

• Drive technical enablement sessions workshops and certifications for reseller partners.

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a presales technical consultant or system engineer role ideally within IT distribution vendor or system integrator environments.

• Solid knowledge of networking server and storage architectures.

• DELL certifications are highly preferred; other vendor certifications are a plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English stronger English skills are considered a plus.

• Proactive collaborative and eager to continuously learn and grow in the ICT space.
