Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President IT Managed Services

Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across partners ensuring seamless integration of cloud solutions into existing IT infrastructure. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and align cloud.

Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance. Overseeing the implementation of best practices for cloud security data management and overall governance to mitigate risks.

Budget Management: Oversee the financial aspects of programs including budget planning cost optimization and resource allocation. Ensure efficient use of cloud resources while aligning with cost-effectiveness goals.

Innovation and Adoption: Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging cloud technologies and industry trends. Promote the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving IT landscape

Manage team of core and extended team of ITMS architects and SMEs across locations and time zones

Provide End user and Infrastructure Management Competency thought leadership

Responsible for Talent Management Career Planning and Retention of managed teams

Presales for IT Infrastructure. Hands on Infrastructure Solutions expertise in Workplace Services Cloud Infrastructure Management Technologies and On-prem Infra Good knowledge of various standards / frameworks and technologies for ITSM Agile DevOps FinOps AIOps etc.

Knowledge and experience in creating solutions and leading implementation and run operations for various layers of the Enterprise IT stack including ITSM Cloud Servers Networks Databases Storage Information and Cyber Security and in End user management

Ownership of Statement of Works Change Orders etc.

Customer Demos and Presentations Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications

CxO presence: Must have experience interfacing with IT Directors and CxO-1 profiles

Mandatorily must have led winning IT proposals in the past with complete ownership delivering deals with multi-year global services for fortune 100 companies across regions.

Relevant years of experience in Managed Workplaces Cloud and Remote Infrastructure

Hands-on IT solutioning/pre-sales experience for at least 3 or more winning deals for fortune 100 customers in the past

Must be willing to travel and work extended hours at short notice

Excellent interpersonal and communication and presentation skills

Needs to have some amount of general knowledge of products and technologies across domains and applications

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a thorough understanding of the Processes Challenges and IT landscape in ITSM and Infrastructure Management

Must have experience across geographies and exposure to cultural differences with some high-level knowledge of local laws regulations etc.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Bachelors degree in IS Computer Science MIS Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience needed.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $ 120K to $ 150K. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
