We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Associate Software Developer Analyst to join a dynamic team. This is an exceptional contract-to-hire opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience with modern full-stack development cloud technologies and data visualization while contributing to mission-critical business applications.

You will work on-site at a state-of-the-art campus in Juno Beach Florida collaborating with experienced developers and analysts to design develop and integrate software solutions that drive operational efficiency and business insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Design develop test and maintain full-stack applications and web pages.
• Develop and refine interactive Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain API integrations and workflow automations to connect disparate systems.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support cloud development initiatives on AWS and contribute to DevOps practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting debugging and enhancing existing applications and systems.
• Ensure development practices adhere to security compliance (SOX) and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Proficiencies:

Python Java .NET SQL Power BI AWS API Integration CI/CD

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• 0-5 years of professional software development experience (internships and academic projects count).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of microservices architecture ERP integration concepts and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
