HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER Campus Services and Stewardship (CSS)to serve as an advanced HR generalist and strategic partner within a large complex organization of 750 staff supporting 13.9 million square feet of campus facilities across 205 buildings; partner with managers and employees across multiple service units to interpret and apply HR policies procedures and collective bargaining agreements; advise on performance management compensation processes recruitment and workforce planning; to independently resolve complex HR matters and coordinates with Labor Relations and Central HR on union-related issues grievances and contract interpretation; to provide guidance on leave accommodation and workers compensation cases to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and Institute policy; to oversee performance management and Annual Salary Review processes; to support employee engagement rewards and recognition programs; to analyze HR data and trends to inform leadership decision-making; and lead or contribute to HR process improvements aligned with CSS operational excellence and workforce stewardship.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED:Bachelors degree; minimum of 4 years of progressive HR generalist experience; thorough knowledge of HR policies employment laws and collective bargaining agreements.
This position has a hybrid schedule and will require at least 2 days on-site.
