WHAT WE OFFER

Group Head of Digital HR will facilitate the way HR operates using data to guide all areas of HR such as performance management learning and development rewards and recognition absences and payroll compensation & benefits and hiring. It has both an internal focus (employee-facing and operational) and external focus (candidate and customer-facing) and is the cornerstone of all HR plans.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the transformation of the HR function using automation and digital data-led processes.

  • Contributing with other functions to the digital transformation and supporting its continual digital evolution. This involves empowering employees with a digital mindset to improve workforce processes and enhance productivity.

  • Acting as a support to Group HR functions the business and P&Cs to fully embed Workday throughout the network (processes and management) overtime working. The Group Digital HR will lead the Workday steering committee.

  • Reviewing/Selecting/Managing appropriate HR tools to support Key HR initiatives and Great 2026 in collaboration with Group CHRO.

  • Managing the relationship with vendors/partners

  • Building automated HR dashboards with prescriptive data showing trends and helping with workforce planning

  • Managing the Workday and other tools budgets

In addition the Group Digital HR will be responsible for the ongoing communication and training plan to support the adoption of Workday and other digital platforms with the three target audiences (Executives management and employees).

This role requires a strong knowledge of best-in-class HR processes together with an understanding of WD functionalities.

Although the initial focus in on WD roll-out the incumbent will manage LinkedIn Recruitment and other tools such as articulate in coordination with Group Talent and Learning.

The job requires travel activities to the Lyreco subsidiaries whilst the role has a HQ based office hence the successful candidate will be expected to be present in Marly France.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Mastery of all key HR processes (hiring on and offboarding performance management learning surveys dashboard compensation & benefits administrative processes)

  • Knowledge of Workday functionalities :

  • How to translate HR processes into WD processes

  • Ability to drive communication plans per target audiences to drive adoption at all levels

  • Experience in building training plans/modules

Qualifications and Skills

  • Personal qualification:

  • Masters in HR or equivalent 15 years experience in HT

  • B2B experience
