Job Summary
Mid-State Supply is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join the team in Alexandria LA. The responsibilities include:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Post Expense/PO Payables (including Directs).
Manage EDI Que in Conexiom.
Process Payment Runs (Check and ACH).
Process Freight Claims.
Process Freight Billing.
Reconcile CC POs/Monthly Concur Processes.
Code Expense Bills.
Order Office and Janitorial Supplies.
Monitor MSS Email Box.
Manage Vendor statements.
Provide Vendor Maintenance.
NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Take care of internal and external customers needs and concerns.
Order flowers for Employees and families when events occur.
