Job Summary
Design and develop database applications: Utilizing PL/SQL to create and manage databases ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Optimize database performance: Writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Working closely with application developers business analysts and other stakeholders to define database requirements.
Ensure database security and integrity: Implementing best practices for database security and compliance with industry standards.
Perform data migration and ETL processes: Managing data movement and transformation between different systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues: Identifying and resolving performance issues capacity and scalability problems.
Document database structures processes and procedures: Keeping detailed records of database designs and changes for future reference.
Candidates for this role should have a strong background in PL/SQL knowledge of database management systems and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with performance tuning data migration and ETL processes is highly desirable
