Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organizations mission fostering a culture of safety health and environmental responsibility.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health safety and environmental regulations permits and certifications.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement engineering solutions and preventive measures.
- Develop and implement safety training programs to promote a culture of safety
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into business processes
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as science technology engineering mathematics Industrial Hygiene knowledge
- At least 4 years of experience in HSE engineering
- In-depth knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation techniques
- Advanced English
