Descriptif des missions proposées :
Bras droit dAmandine responsableformation etdéveloppement vos missions seront variées et vous permettront dintervenirsur:
Le déploiement du Plan de Formation
La mise à jour du catalogue de formation
Les KPI des formations
Le suivi administratif
La coordination des solutions de développement
Lorganisation dévènements internes
Lamélioration continue des processus existants
Des activités transverses liées au développement personnel.
Cette alternance est faite pour voussi:
Vous disposez de bonnescapacitésde communicationdunebonneaisance relationnelleet dun fortesprit déquipe
Rigoureux/seet organisé/e vous savez vous montrer proactif/veetforce de proposition
Enfin vos capacitésdadaptationdanalyse et de synthèseseront de réels atouts dans laprise en charge des missions qui vous seront confiées.
Un niveau avancé en ExcelWordet Powerpointsera apprécié.
Vous disposez dun niveau de français courantet dunanglaisprofessionnel.
