Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Anticipate guests needs for Housekeeping services.
- Perform turndown services in a timely manner to all assigned guest rooms as per standard.
- Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of all areas as outlined.
- Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- Clean rooms/suites as assigned which includes: making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
- Prepare room for evening services such as adjust drapes and adjust room lighting
- Operate radios efficiently and professionally in communicating with hotel staff. Ensure the proper use of radio etiquette within the department.
- Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned requested or deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
- Previous resort housekeeping experience required.
- Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work nights and weekends)
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
- Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
