Job Summary
Team Members are Positional Leaders who help create a remarkable experience for our guests in all areas of the restaurant at Chick-fil-A Gadsden at 4th Street.
We are looking for positional leaders to come and be a part of our team Chick-fil-A Gadsden at 4th Street. The positional leaders that become Team Members at Gadsden at the 4th Street are those who embody the following expectations:
Availability:
- Working afternoon or evening shift until after the store closes.
- Must be available to stay after hours to clean complete tasks and prepare for the next day.
- If your availability changes the pay rate will decrease.

Communicates with Team Leaders Managers or Directors to solve operational opportunities that affect the guest experience
