Regulatory Operations function within EC&O supporting regulatory compliance through innovation automation and cross-functional collaboration. The team partners closely with business areas to uplift regulatory capability embed effective controls and support consistent highquality regulatory outcomes.

Your responsibilities

Support process analysis and improvement activities for regulatory compliance uplift initiatives for Regulatory Operations.
Assist with mapping and documenting endtoend regulatory operational processes identifying control gaps inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Apply structured analytical and problemsolving techniques to support the development of practical process and control solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to document processes procedures controls and supporting artefacts including guidance and training materials.
Support the translation of regulatory obligations risks and requirements into clear operational processes and controls.
Contribute to the capture and maintenance of regulatory compliance obligations and risks within ASX risk management frameworks and tools.

Must have

Experience in process analysis business process improvement or operational support roles.
Demonstrated ability to produce clear accurate process documentation and artefacts.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to break down complex issues into structured process components.
Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging with business and risk stakeholders.
Tertiary qualification in business law commerce operations risk compliance or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

Experience working in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
Experience working in a complex corporate group environment.
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Visio and/or other process modelling / mapping tools (e.g. Signavio).
Exposure to risk management tools control design or regulatory operations technology platforms.
