ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a high-impact Senior ERP / Business Central Consultant to lead the standardization and upgradation of our Business Central implementations across multiple global regions. This role exists to harmonize our ERP ecosystem ensuring seamless Finance and Supply Chain operations for our international stakeholders. You will act as the strategic technical lead bridging the gap between local business needs and a unified global architecture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Delivery & Standardization
- Lead the end-to-end upgradation and standardization of Business Central environments across multiple geographic regions.
- Design a global template for Finance and Supply Chain modules to ensure reporting consistency.
- Manage complex integrations between Business Central and third-party systems to streamline data flow.
- Audit existing localized implementations to identify gaps and bring them into alignment with global standards.
Stakeholder Management & Strategy
- Drive client-facing calls with international stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical roadmaps.
- Partner with the Delivery Head / Project Manager to define the long-term ERP strategy and resource planning.
- Mentor junior consultants and technical leads on best practices for AL programming and environment management.
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelors in CS IT Engineering or an MBA in Finance/Operations.
- Experience: 10 years in ERP consulting specifically with Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
- Industry Focus: Proven experience leading multi-site or multi-geography implementations.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (Preferred).

- Stakeholder Leadership: Ability to confidently lead client-facing calls with international stakeholders across different time zones.
- Ownership: Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership of large-scale high-stakes projects.
- Strategic Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to translate technical complexity into business value.
