We work closely with internal stakeholders and occasionally with external customers to support data-driven solutions and enhance business processes.

As a Business Analyst you will play a key role in producing robust datasets defining and improving data production workflows and delivering clear documentation and artefacts to support agile project delivery. Youll use your technical and analytical skills to support ad hoc customer inquiries build proof-of-concept solutions and collaborate efficiently with engineering teams.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Produce high-quality customer-facing datasetsby defining requirements mapping data logic and validating outputs.

• Enhance business and data production processesthrough workflow analysis process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Deliver clear documentation and artefactsincluding process maps requirements and test cases to support agile project delivery.

• Support ad hoc customer inquiriesand root cause analysis using SQL Python and Power BI.

• Build proof-of-concept solutionsand prototype data logic to address business challenges.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders(Product Engineering Data Commercial) and occasionally interact with external customers for requirements gathering and troubleshooting.

• Contribute to agile ceremonies(sprint planning reviews) and help prioritize backlog items.

• Deliver datasets and documentation that enable customers to make informed decisions.

• Drive improvements in data production and business processes.

• Support agile project delivery with clear actionable artefacts.

What we are looking for:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in quantitative field (Statistics Computer Science Engineering Mathematics Data Science or similar).

• 35 years of experience in business analysis or data-focused roles.

• Proficiency in SQL Python (scripting and analysis) and Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

• Experience documenting complex workflows and solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in a quantitative field.

• Experience with Qlikview R or AWS.

• Automotive industry experience.

• Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).

• Experience interacting with external customers.

• Familiarity with process improvement and change management.
