About the Role
This is a full-time Braeside HQ-based role reporting to the Administration Manager. Youll be a front-line problem solver managing customer enquiries resolving escalations and ensuring every interaction reflects our standards.

Youll be motivated to hit targets detail-focused in your work and driven to deliver remarkable service. We want you to be unique memorable and genuinely awesome in the way you show up for customers and your team.
Primarily MondayFriday with occasional Saturday cover (weekday off in lieu).
Duties
- Handle inbound customer calls & emails
- Resolve escalations calmly and professionally
- Process payments accurately
- Liaise with Operations to coordinate logistics
- Maintain CRM accuracy & customer records
Skills & Experience
- Experience in customer service (inc retail or hospitality) or call centre roles preferred
- Confident handling escalated customers
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Comfortable using CRM & systems
- Resilient organised & team-focused
