About the Role:

The William Penn School District in partnership with the Devereux Center for Effective Schools is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary and secondary Emotional Support (ES) programs. This 10month position focuses on providing high quality behavioral consultation assessment training and program development grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to improve outcomes for students with emotional and behavioral disorders.

What Youll Do:

• Provide classroom consultation on behavior supports and classroom management
• Conduct FBAs and develop positive behavior support plans
• Deliver staff and family training
• Support program development and databased decision making
• Coach staff and ensure fidelity of behavior plans
• Provide supervision to ABA trainees (as eligible)

The Devereux Center for School-Based Mental Health Services provides comprehensive school-based mental health services to support the emotional and behavioral health and well-being of students. Our services include individual and group counseling behavioral consultations and classroom support as well as evidence-based screenings and short-term interventions.

• Masters Degree in Psychology Counseling Applied Behavior Analysis Social Work or related field required.
• The ideal candidate will have their BCBA certification
• Must have relevant behavioral experience.
