Legend Oaks of Waxahachie in Waxahachie TX is beautiful upscale skilled nursing facility with long term care post-acute rehab and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!
