Job Summary
Are you confident on the phone and comfortable handling financial conversations
Were looking for motivated Call Center Representatives to join our growing team.

What Youll Do
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding outstanding accounts
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account balances
- Update customer records accurately in our system
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Pay Details
- The positions starting pay is $15.50/hr
