Tasks

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and schedule equipment rentals delivery and pickup ensuring timely and efficient service for clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback in the companys CRM system.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Provide customers with information about equipment features rental terms and company policies to assist them in making informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communication or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or client relations preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions to client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
