Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Support role in the banking/fintech (regulated industry) sector
- 50% Level 1 and 50% Level 2 technical support responsibilities
- Provide support for Five9 systems (MUST HAVE)
- Provide support for Zendesk and Oracle Cloud Fusion (strongly preferred in addition to Five9)
- No degree required; high school education required
- Remote work in PST time zone; hybrid option available for San Francisco CA (onsite Tue/Wed/Thu remote Mon/Fri)
- Standard hours: 9am-5pm
- Interview process: Single 1-hour panel interview (video or phone)
- LinkedIn profile required for all candidates
- Background check and drug screen NOT required
- Start date anticipated in 3-5 weeks
