What you will be doing
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Concierge Patient Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HSS Florida Concierge Program serving as a central point of coordination for high-touch personalized patient services. This role works closely with physicians clinical teams and administrative departments to facilitate expedited access to care ensure seamless scheduling and maintain a consistently exceptional patient experience. Providing operational support to Ambassador Services and International patient programs as needed collaborating with internal teams to assist with care navigation scheduling and communication.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates personalized high-touch services for HSS Florida Concierge patients ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through follow-up care.
Serves as a primary point of contact for concierge patients providing clear communication timely responses and escalation of concerns as needed.
Supports day-to-day operations of the HSS Florida Concierge Program established workflows protocols and service standards.
Collaborates with internal departments across HSS Florida locations to coordinate care and ensure consistency in the concierge patient experience.
Assists in identifying opportunities to enhance concierge workflows operational efficiency and overall patient satisfaction.
Supports International and ambassador patient coordination including assisting with appointment scheduling communication and care navigation in collaboration with the Ambassador and International teams.
Participates in reporting tracking and administrative tasks related to concierge Ambassador Services and international patient activity.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Minimum of 24 years of experience in patient services concierge healthcare care coordination or a related healthcare role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse patient populations.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail
Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 1-3 years healthcare setting or the equivalent field or related program
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentCapacity to multitask and prioritize in the ever changing environment of healthcareAbility to work collaboratively with othersRespect for information confidentiality (the successful candidate will comply with all HIPAA rule and regulations)Ability to show initiative good judgment and resourcefulnessAbility to work with a variety of software programs specific to healthcareStrong computer skills requiredProfessional demeanor business attire required PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
