JOB DESCRIPTION

The Concierge Patient Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HSS Florida Concierge Program serving as a central point of coordination for high-touch personalized patient services. This role works closely with physicians clinical teams and administrative departments to facilitate expedited access to care ensure seamless scheduling and maintain a consistently exceptional patient experience. Providing operational support to Ambassador Services and International patient programs as needed collaborating with internal teams to assist with care navigation scheduling and communication.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinates personalized high-touch services for HSS Florida Concierge patients ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through follow-up care.

• Serves as a primary point of contact for concierge patients providing clear communication timely responses and escalation of concerns as needed.

• Supports day-to-day operations of the HSS Florida Concierge Program established workflows protocols and service standards.

• Collaborates with internal departments across HSS Florida locations to coordinate care and ensure consistency in the concierge patient experience.

• Assists in identifying opportunities to enhance concierge workflows operational efficiency and overall patient satisfaction.

• Supports International and ambassador patient coordination including assisting with appointment scheduling communication and care navigation in collaboration with the Ambassador and International teams.

• Participates in reporting tracking and administrative tasks related to concierge Ambassador Services and international patient activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

• Minimum of 24 years of experience in patient services concierge healthcare care coordination or a related healthcare role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse patient populations.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 1-3 years healthcare setting or the equivalent field or related program
