Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 to 6 years experience in Dealer Aftersales with a proven track record as either Service or Aftersales Manager
Technical Qualification required
High-level of computer literacy MS Office as well as ERP System knowledge required
Must be willing and able to travel extensively within South Africa
Ability to support Dealers by providing appropriate guidelines as well as contribute to growth and profitability
Ability to provide Dealer with direct and indirect support on technical related issues as well as customer care related problems occurring at Dealership level
Solid understanding of Dealer Service and Profitability Forecasts Marketing Activities Monthly and Quarterly Targets Vehicle Retention Service Programmes and Best Practice Initiatives CSI Action Plans and more
Valid Drivers License required

Salary Structure:
Annual Salary Package of up to R 950 000 based on experience
